This filter insert holds the race K&N filters into a 3" rise tray(trays that fit the harwood scoops with a 22" x 13.75" base)(Filter sold seperately at tuffpaw (part #TP614).This insert is very easy to install.Simply remove dusz springs and install this and rivet springs back in.K&N race filter slips in to holder,can be removed easy to adjust carb.If you dont run a air filter in your car,think of all the small debri and dust that enters your engine.
