One time I was trying to order a product for our race car and the person was so mean and rude to me on the phone (he treated me like I have never been to a race track before, and believe me, this "ain't my first rodeo!") that I finally had to hang up on him and order it from someone else! Another time I ordered something that claimed to have "free shipping" but then they tacked on some outrageous "handling" charge.
